Dallin Larsen

Dallin Larsen is a former Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur of the Year and former CEO of the Year in the state of Utah. He has helped create billions in revenue in direct selling, providing opportunity for both employees and independent business owners around the world.

Larsen founded MonaVie in 2005 and grew that company from zero to nearly a billion dollars in annual sales in less than five years. Under Larsen’s direction, MonaVie’s philanthropic arm (The MORE Project) provided approximately 1,500 meals per week to underprivileged children, and educated thousands of teens and adults, enabling them to find jobs, and helping them to rise above the favelas (slums) of Brazil.

Prior to MonaVie, Larsen held senior executive positions and was instrumental in the launch and growth of USANA Health Sciences from 1991 to 2000.

An entrepreneur, a philanthropist, and a leader among leaders, Larsen has worked to help others succeed and achieve lasting significance in their lives. He’s known in the direct sales industry as “the distributor’s CEO” because people know that he cares and has their best interests at heart.

Karree Larsen

Karree Larsen is no stranger to achieving massive success against the odds. She became a commercial pilot at a time when the ratio of female to male pilots was 1 to 4,000, all while being a single mother of four children. Karree now works alongside husband Dallin to build relationships in the field with Vasayo Brand Partners. She looks forward to hearing your stories and is determined to help you achieve success in business—and in life. Last and certainly not least, Karree will use her designing eye and impeccable taste to ensure Vasayo is Delivering Solutions in an exceptional way when it comes to branded items and apparel. Daniel Larsen

Daniel Picou has built two successful companies that were later acquired in the B2B digital marketing space. This included the creation and management of campaigns that involved targeted traffic, customer engagement, and lead generation for both customer and representative acquisition. He has also served as an outside strategic consultant on projects with KPMG and BCG focused on helping businesses expand operations and gain market share, and as an expert in global business strategy and development.

Picou understands that companies today must be strategic and data-driven to stay on top of market trends and to meet customer needs. He has a deep understanding of how every decision can affect the overall culture and well-being of an organization. Picou desires to influence the lives of as many individuals and families as possible through his passion for relationship marketing.

Dan Zhu

Dan Zhu has 20 years’ leadership experience in the direct selling industry, and has successfully launched and managed markets throughout Asia for two leading direct sales companies.

Zhu spearheaded successful market launches into both Hong Kong and Taiwan soon after he joined MonaVie in 2010 as Vice President of Greater China. In 2012, Dan was promoted to President of Asia-Pac, inclusive of the Greater China region, Southeast Asia region, Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) region, and Korea. Throughout his career, Dan has demonstrated a propensity for creating and executing strategies that provide new opportunities for growth.

Originally from China, Zhu came to the United States in the 1990s to attend Utah State University where he received a Master of Science degree in Business. He has a deep appreciation for both Eastern and Western cultures and languages, as well as people from all over the world.

Co-Founder & President of Asia-Pac

Dan Zhu has 20 years’ leadership experience in the direct selling industry, and has successfully launched and managed markets throughout Asia for two multi-million dollar direct sales companies.

Zhu spearheaded successful market launches into both Hong Kong and Taiwan soon after he joined MonaVie in 2010 as Vice President of Greater China. In 2012, Dan was promoted to President of Asia-Pac, inclusive of the Greater China region, Southeast Asia region, Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) region, and Korea. Throughout his career, Dan has demonstrated a propensity for creating strategies and executing plans that deliver on sales and EBITDA results.

Executive Team

Fred Black, Chief Operations Officer

Fred Black’s work experience spans nearly four decades and multiple direct sales companies. He began his career working for an herbal company while in high school, running their encapsulation and tablet pressing machines. Black quickly rose through the ranks building processes and high-functioning teams. He strives to always emulate Level 5 Leadership as defined in the book, Good to Great.

Black would put these skills to good use in his next role at a prominent nutritional and functional beverage company, where he ran their global supply chain. Later, Black was the vice president and then chief operations officer for another successful nutritional company, where he was instrumental in evaluating and resolving issues that resulted in greater operational efficiencies, benefiting employees and customers alike. Most recently, and prior to Vasayo, Black ran a white label nutritional supplement and fulfillment company.

In his position as chief operations officer for Vasayo, Black states, “I am honored and humbled now to be part of the greatest chapter in my career—Vasayo—and to be working with Dallin Larsen, the consummate honorable leader in this industry.”

Brian Gill, Vice President of Marketing Communication

Brian Gill has 17 years’ experience in marketing and corporate communication, public relations, social media, and digital marketing. Gill is passionate about helping people and companies communicate their key messages to the right people at the right time, and through the proper channels. For the best results, he subscribes to a 360° marketing approach that appeals to the person (the customer) and the machine (online) through a well-rounded, creative media mix.

As vice president of marketing communication with Vasayo, Gill is anxiously engaged in supporting our customers and Brand Partners with top-notch marketing materials, relevant and timely communications, and an exceptional brand experience. After all, Vasayo is the company that is Delivering Solutions.

Prior to Vasayo, Gill served as vice president for a fast-growing e-commerce, party plan company, where he implemented marketing communication and promotional campaigns that engaged customers and garnered significant revenue for the company. Throughout his career, Gill has benefited from experiencing a variety of approaches to the business of direct selling and to the products offered. He’s been able to hone his craft marketing everything from nutritional and herbal products to cosmetics and skin care, and is grateful to work in an industry where the products and culture are designed to help people achieve a better quality of life.

Michelle LeSueur, BEP, CNC, CSN, CPT, Vice President of Product Education

Michelle LeSueur comes to Vasayo with multiple years of experience in the health and wellness industry. LeSueur is an Energetic Practitioner (BeP) and formulator, and has worked diligently to earn the following certifications: Certified Nutritional Counselor (CNC), Certified Sports Nutrition (CSN), Certified Nutritional Specialist (CNS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), DSHEA certified (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act). She also holds a Neuro-Endocrine & Anti-Aging Regulation Certification (N.E.A.R), is certified in Biological Terrain Management (BTM), holds a level II Reiki, spent three years in nutritional counseling in a bariatric clinic, and has owned and operated a successful health food store.

Throughout her career, LeSueur has served in various positions, including Vice President of Health and Nutrition, Director of Health and Nutrition, and Director of Product Education and Development, where she was responsible for educating, formulating, and manufacturing products for multiple companies.

Prior to Vasayo, LeSueur served as the Vice President of Product Education and Development for a successful direct sales company where she conducted weekly educational calls, assisted in developing and formulating new products, and supported corporate and field events with product education and training. LeSueur’s extensive knowledge of and passion for health and wellness assures that Vasayo provides its Brand Partners and customers with the best products and education to help them reach their optimal health goals.

LeSueur has written articles for Max Muscle magazine, Oxygen Australia and is the author of Willing to Change! Can you beat genetics? She has also spent many years working with top fitness models as well as assisting individuals with their metabolic damage. LeSueur is the mother of four and the grandmother of eight. She has overcome great odds in achieving superb health. Her motto is, “There is always a price to pay to look good and feel great. You will always get the body you earn.”

He began his career in the industry working for an herbal company while in high school, running their encapsulation and tablet pressing machines. Black quickly rose through the ranks building processes and high-functioning teams. He strives to always emulate Level 5 Leadership as defined in the book, Good to Great. Black would parlay those skills in his next position at a prominent nutritional and functional beverage company, where he ran their entire global supply chain. Later, Black was the VP and then COO for another successful direct sales company, where he was instrumental in fixing operational issues and cutting COGs by 35 percent. Prior to Vasayo, he ran white label nutritional supplement and fulfillment companies and helped two start-ups with their operations. In his position as COO for Vasayo, Black states, “I am honored and humbled now to be part of the greatest chapter in my career—Vasayo—and to be working with Dallin, the consummate honorable leader in this industry.”

Brian Gill

Brian Gill has 17 years’ industry experience in marketing and corporate communication, public relations, social media, and digital marketing. Having worked for six reputable direct sales companies in Utah, he’s benefited from seeing a variety of approaches to the business, as well as having worked to market everything from nutritional and herbal products to cosmetics and skin care. Most recently, and prior to Vasayo, Gill served as vice president of marketing for two successful direct sales companies, where he implemented email and text message campaigns resulting in $750k annually, and promotions that earned, on average, $3 million in sales per month. Gill is passionate about helping people and companies communicate their key messages to the right people at the right time, and through the proper channels. For the best results and user experience, he subscribes to a 360° digital marketing approach and believes that we must market to the customer and the machine (Google) through a well-rounded, creative media mix.
